You are the leader and everyone is watching you, IF you give up, what will they think they can do??? Lead your team to Directorship!!! Dont you give up!!!! God has HUGE things in store for you. WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME AT BEACH RETREAT!!!! I WILL BE UPLOADING VIDEOS THROUGHOUT THE DAY FOR YOU TO ENJOY!!!! You will want to be there next year so that you dont miss out on all the fun!!! We were trained by the Future FAITH area directors and Future National Sales Director, Somer Carter!!! It was amazing!!! We cried, we laughed, we danced, we stayed up until 2 am.... yes even me!!!! It is always a blessing to have you attend any event that we do! I understand that if you live far away you may not be able to make it to all of our events, but they are extremely important and were designed with you in mind!!!!
As a Future Cadillac Unit, our goal is to have 5 ladies attend Leadership 2010!!! Thats just having 8 people in and active by Dec. 31st!!! I know we can do this!!! I want you there!!! There has already been 3 committments of women that are very serious about their business and ready to move up!!!! IF you are one of the 5 please let me know so I can work with you one-on- one to get you there! I believe in you and I know that we are ready and prepared for massive growth! Did you know that just 10 people moving up in the company this year will allow us to earn the Top Director Trip!!! WHAT???? You would be a TOP Unit in Mary Kay!!!! Who can get excited about that??? I want to help you achieve all your dreams. Please make sure you are calling me on a weekly basis in order to assure that we are on the same page and on our way to the top together!!! I know we can do this!!! I love you and believe in your ability to be a phenomenal leader!!!
